У каждого "фиалковода" бывают периоды собирания цветов одного типа. То охота розовеньких и махровеньких, то душа желает не крупных, но что бы шапочкой. То обязательно что-то с каймой, то крап подавай. У меня стадия - " хочу желтеньких"! И вот когда я открыла каталог Елены Новиковой то поняла! Вот оно счастье моей души! Там были и желтенькие с розовеньким и желтенькие с синеньким! В общем именно то что я хотела! Как вы понимаете уговаривать себя не пришлось, пять минут и заказ отправлен.
Для Елены как покупатель я оказалась сущим наказанием. То у меня не сработал купон, то ждала писем не по тому адресу. Елена как заботливая мама всё проконтролировала, дозвонилась и нашла свою заблудившуюся клиентку.
Погода портилась не по дням а по часам и Елена не дожидаясь перевода денег отправила мне посылку. Спасибо большое за доверие.

Дальше шла документация. Все документы были в наличии : счет, инструкция по выращиванию, гарантии.
Гарантии оказались за прошлый год. Покупатель может полениться пройтись по ссылке на сайте, а эта гарантия введет его в заблуждение. Там прописана гарантия на 1,5 года, а у нас сейчас 9 месяцев.
Скорее всего у Елены нет принтера, и она использовала прошлогодние документы. Такой вопрос легко решить походом в интернет кафе и распечаткой нового документа. А потом его можно просто копировать, что бы не бегать за каждым разом.

Что лучше - упаковка в зип-пакет или в обычный? У каждого своё мнение, кому-то важно комфортно распаковать черенок, для кого то это не имеет никакого значения. Сколько людей столько и мнений. Этот вопрос не считаю нужным обсуждать. Мне нравятся оба варианта.

Заказ выполнен на пятерку, единственный недостаток это гарантии за прошлый год. Думаю что в следующий раз Елена примет это во внимание. Елена справилась с моей рассеянностью, это большой плюс для продавца - удержать клиента в поле зрения.
